Darya provides legal service in Criminal law and Criminal proceeding, has experience of preparing of legal opinions on identification of criminal risks, drafts of procedural documents.
Darya is qualified employee of the Criminal and legal practice who aids attorney to execute instructions including preparation of procedural documents in representing of interests of clients in criminal proceeding.
Darya translates legal documents into Russian and analyze it according to Russian Law.
PROJECTS:

Participation in the team of lawyers in protection of interests of Regional Minister who was accused of receiving an especially large bribe, abuse of authority, and legalization of property obtained by crime.

Participation in the team of lawyers in protection of citizen who was prohibited from entering the Russian Federation (an administrative litigation)
